About Us
The concept of Doonan Holistic Physio was too create a boutique wellness space which offers patients a journey to drop into their nervous system. We believe the elements of nature encourage patients to slow down and breathe so you can get the most out of your wellness therapies.
Over the years Simon and I (his wife Rachel) have researched and used many bio hacking tools to help on our own individual health journeys. Raising four children and running a business has come with its challenges, we have found that regular sauna's, breath work and cold exposure has helped support us which is why we offer these services along side the Physio treatments.
We love being in nature, hiking, surfing, eating good food and spending time with friends and family.

You can follow our social media to keep up to date with any wellness retreats or breath work sessions we hold at our place.

Beginning your day with a few minutes of mindfulness, including daily movement, surrounding yourself with the right community, enjoying nutritious food are important ways to have good health. Our philosophy takes a holistic approach to treatments and the way we live.
"We are what we believe we are". Our beliefs about ourselves influence our choices, actions, and outlook on life. C.S Lewis
